Our in-house café program turns months of hands-on training into real workplace experience, culminating in a hospitality event serving over 100 guests. Members learn every stage of service—from event preparation and safe food handling to professional guest service.
Along the way, members develop workplace professionalism, effective communication, teamwork and what it means to be fit for duty— building the confidence, skills and workplace habits needed to become employment ready.

Members gain practical workplace experience through hands-on training and real-world opportunities. Build confidence, workplace skills and professionalism while preparing for future employment.
