At the heart of our journey is a beloved family member, now 27, who embraces life with Autism. His experiences have revealed gaps in systems, communities, and day programs, shaping our mission to foster growth, empowerment, and independence at ThriveAbility. Navigating a world of mismatched programs, his gentle nature often placed him in ill-fitting situations—sometimes exceeding expectations, other times held back by a lack of person-centered learning and understanding of his unique strengths.

Not just a day program...
We blend fun, friendship, and adventure with job training, hands-on work experience, literacy & numeracy, as well as, life skills. Immersed in the community, participants build new skills while gaining real-world experience—starting in our in-house café and expanding to businesses throughout our curated network.
